About Craig Morton
Founder, Lead Consultant, Network Leader
Craig likes to look and listen to the world. Endlessly curious and open to weighing varied perspectives, Craig’s background in philosophy helps him to understand the different viewpoints and values of others.
Over the past thirty years, Craig has been an ordained minister, serving in parish ministry, as well as consulting churches and church organizations. Seeing how connections function and form resilient bonds and healthy relationships was the focus of his doctoral studies in the sociology of organizations.
Having completed his doctorate in Organizational Leadership, he chose to focus on how organizations can share a common focus, build cohesion, be resilient, and adapt to endless change.
Be prepared for sports and athletic metaphors if they apply. Craig is also an accomplished track and field coach, chosen as Idaho Track Coach of the Year (Hurdles) in 2023.
Craig is a co-pastor of a church in Meridian, Idaho.
